Please be advised, appointments will not be confirmed without a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. Solae'NY understands unforeseen events may occur; in the event a client would like to cancel or reschedule, the collected deposit can be applied to an appointment at an agreed later date and/or time up to 30 days .
